Where possible, click and collect orders placed before 2pm will be available for same day collection.

When collecting your order, please ensure to bring your order number or confirmation email with you.

Should you be unable to collect your aquarium yourself and need it to be delivered to you, please contact us on (028)90 790 006 to discuss your delivery needs.

Aquarium Home Delivery can be paid cash on delivery or via digital invoice.

Royal Mail Small Parcel (2 - 4 days) - £4.25
(max. parcel dimensions 45cm x 35cm x 16cm, and not exceeding 2kg parceled weight)

DPD Courier Delivery (1 - 3 days) - £9.99
(max. parcel girth (length + width + height): 230cm; max length: 100cm, and not exceeding 30kg in weight)

Republic of Ireland:

DPD Courier Delivery (Next business day aim) - £9.99
(max. parcel girth (length + width + height): 230cm; max length: 100cm, and not exceeding 30kg in weight)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing (in store) or receiving your item (online orders/home delivery) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
